With the rapid economic development,the growing demand for electricity from the society,the safety and reliability of power equipment are also increasingly affected by the power sector.Power transformer as the core of power equipment,if the failure,it will cause a wide range of power outages,to people's production and life caused significant losses.The study found that the deterioration of insulation performance is the direct cause of power transformer failure,the most fundamental reason is the partial discharge of the transformer.Therefore,the local discharge monitoring and positioning,the early failure of the transformer failure plays a key role,but also the routine maintenance and fault diagnosis of the primary work.At present,there are many methods to monitor and locate the partial discharge,in which the ultrasonic method is an easy and accurate positioning method,which becomes the most important method for partial discharge of the transformer.However,the existing method has high sensitivity and unsatisfactory detection of ultrasonic signals.In view of these problems,this paper designs a new partial discharge positioning system based on ultrasonic method,which can significantly improve the sensitivity of signal detection,including the following Aspects of content:Firstly,the microscopic explanation,type and various detection methods of partial discharge are described.The overall scheme of the partial discharge on-line monitoring system of power transformer is designed,which mainly includes the software design of hardware circuit design and monitoring system.Secondly,the hardware and software parts of the monitoring system are designed.The hardware part design includes hardware circuit design including ultrasonic detection circuit,DSP minimum system and communication part.The software part designs the lower computer software of ultrasonic monitoring system,including signal acquisition,signal processing,display and communication program design.Finally,combined with the practical application of Yingkou power grid,the ultrasonic on-line monitoring system is analyzed and studied,and a good practicaleffect is achieved.In this paper,the design of the ultrasonic partial discharge on-line monitoring system is only in the ideal experimental conditions,there are still many complex factors that are not considered completely.Therefore,the system there are many shortcomings in the practice of continuous improvement.
