Inverse dynamics of thermodynamic system is a newly research field. It has become one of the key problems and basal problems in many research and application fields.With power developing, modern generating units mostly adopt high-capacity, heavy-parameter, and high-efficiency boilers that the control system of superheated steam temperature becomes more complex for its inertia and delay strengthened. On the contrary to the linearity of PID control systems, there are nonlinear responses in controlled plants. As we all know, no matter how we improve the capability of PID control systems, there must be a limit in the improvement of control effects. We should adopt new optimal control systems which are based on whole nonlinear models for thermal processes to improve control effects.The two main parts of this text are the modeling method and the applicationresearch of thermodynamic system inverse dynamics based on fuzzy rules. We hope thata new method of research on the thermodynamic system inverse dynamics will bepresented and the inverse dynamics of complex system will develop through aboveresearch. Furthermore, this paper discusses the fuzzy control method of thermodynamic process based on thermodynamic system inverse dynamics, develops and perfects fuzzy controller design theory, and exploits a new application area of thermodynamic system inverse dynamics.For different dynamic characteristic of superheat steam object. Furthermore, the structure of the fuzzy rules model is identified by entropy-based clustering method and competitive learning algorithms, the conclusion parameters of the inverse fuzzy rules model are identified by recursion least square method(RLS). Adaptive fuzzy reasoning method is used for reasoning, when the input region is divided less than the input space.Inverse dynamics fuzzy rules model is the mathematical model about object movement disciplinarian which can be used for fuzzy controller design directly. Based on the thermodynamic system inverse dynamics fuzzy rules model, the inverse dynamics fuzzy rules model and fuzzy controller design theory are combined organically, and the fuzzy controllers based on inverse dynamics fuzzy rules model are built in different conditions. Relevance analysis method is used for the selection of controller's input variables. The on-line datum is introduced to adjust the fuzzy rules models actively in order to guarantee the veracity.Inverse dynamics fuzzy rules model identification method and fuzzy controllers based on inverse dynamics fuzzy rules model are applied to model and control the gas stove, supercritical pressure boiler's superheat steam temperature, the results testify the validity of identification method and fuzzy controllers.
