The asphalt pavement structure is widely used in high grade highway pavement in our country due to its prominent advantages.At present,most of the built highway asphalt pavements in our country have appeared all kinds of diseases.Rutting is one of the main diseases,which has a strong impact on the driving safety,thus it is very important to study on rutting problems.This paper refers to the rutting forecast research results at home and abroad,bases on asphalt mixture viscoelastic mechanics theory,relies on the Nanning outer ring expressway project,using ABAQUS finite element analysis software to conduct asphalt pavement rutting calculation.Firstly,conduct dynamic modulus test and uniaxial dynamic creep test on the three kinds of asphalt mixture of the support engineering pavement surface to study on the asphalt mixture viscoelasticity.This paper analyzed the asphalt mixture viscoelasticity through the law of dynamic modulus and phase angle change with the change of loading frequency and test temperature.The uniaxial dynamic creep test reflects the permanent deformation change law of asphalt mixture change with load and temperature.Secondly,this paper uses data processing software 1stOpt to conduct parameters regression on the modified Burgers model and time hardening creep model based on the creep test curve.Through the analysis of relationship between the modified Burgers model parameters and dynamic stability,compared the theoretical value and experimental value of dynamic stability,the result shows that there exists deviation,but the deviation is not very large.Finally,using the commercial finite element software ABAQUS to analyze the asphalt pavement rutting.Established temperature field analysis model based on meteorological data and temperature data of the support engineering.The asphalt pavement rutting model is the same with the temperature field model.Then this paper analyzed the influence of driving speed,axle-load acting number and tire pressure on asphalt pavement rutting.The rutting finite element analysis data provides reference for practical engineering,so that they can conduct more reasonable pavement maintenance and servicing.
