Under the background of "triple play",how to achieve the bidirectional data transmission has become the centre in the industry.As a kind of cable television access technology,MoCA can provide bidirectional high-speed data transmission.MoCA technology has obvious advantages in the access network in the future.MoCA(Multimedia over Coax Alliance)uses the Coax as the transmission medium,MoCA uses the frequency from 850 MHz to 1500 MHz,it has 15 working frequency points,the space between each point is 50 MHz.MoCA network support an NC as manager,which can manage up to 31 CPE devices to control data transmission.This thesis is base on MoCA 2.0,have discussed the TDMA / TDD(Time Division Multiple Access),OFDM modulation and adaptive bit loading used in PHY layer,at the same time,deeply analyze the key technology of MAC layer,such as system timing,data and control information transmission,automatic power control algorithm,frequency scanning algorithm,link maintenance and link security and so on.The thesis build the Linux software development environment base on MoCA module software development environment,lay down the software development process and the purpose of software development and performance requirements of MoCA module.Achieved the purpose that through web interface,CLI command line and MIB nodes to manage the MoCA module.The innovation of this thesis is to achieved a power control mechanism in the MoCA module,for the first time to achieved a beacon to transmit power and power control through the manual way,reduced signal interference between different links,and does not affect the signal transmission quality.The first embedded low-power mode in MoCA module,to extend battery operating time from 10 hours to 13 hours.This thesis analyzed the transmission performance of MoCA module,can found that MoCA has a accurate power control function fairly.At the same time,anti-jamming performance test results show that,when the beacon power value is 7dBm,channelinterference has minimal impact on equipment operation.At this point the video signal to noise ratio is 56 dB,Equipment has the best anti-jamming performance.
