According to the situation of low automation,flexibility and generalization of our country satellite fairing assembling fixture equipment,this article develop an general automatic fixture with high efficiency,automation and flexibility perspective,which can be used for several types of satellite fairing.It meets the needs of the space industry.This article made the following aspects of the research work:First of all,through the analysis of the satellite fairing assembling fixture features and technical requirements,this article make the overall design program of the general automatic fixture,and design the system structure and function model and information mode of the general automatic fixture.Secondly,this article researched the key technology of the general automatic fixture,proposed the leveling self-adaptive algorithm and optimization design of card board adjustment system based on IGPS measurement system,and solved the leveling of general automation fixture,and researched the topology optimization of the general base,the structure of the general base is designed and optimized.The key technology of the general automatic measurement is researched,and curve fitting method based on the genetic algorithm,and the key points of the general automatic measure and improve the general automatic assembling accuracy.Then,the problem of the existing fixture in practical application is researched.It also researched the system design and optimization of self-adaptive leveling system based on the IGPS,optimization design of the general base station adjustment system,design of reconfigurable card board system and more flexible motor locator system based on the IGPS measurement system.It analyses the reasons why fixture tolerance of satellite fairing assembling fixture may occur during the process and proposed corrective measure.Finally,the verification of the self-adaptive leveling system,general base station system,reconfigurable card system and flexible locator system is achieved through the development of prototype of satellite fairing assembling fixture.The article also demonstrates features and advantages of the general automatic fixture through the test and analysis.
