The structure of flexible satellite fairing assembly is complex, number of parts, compact space and the complex coordination relationship, so assembly work is complex, product assembly takes much time of production cycle. While assembly is a technical difficulty, multi-disciplinary comprehensive technology, the final product quality, production circle and manufacturing cost are largely determined by assembling accuracy, so assembly is the core and key technology in the manufacturing process.Measuring technique is one of the key technologies of the guarantee of precision fairing assembly, and run through the process of assembling. Assembly process involves relative location accuracy of a series of measuring technique problems of different types of parts and components.This dissertation supported both by key discipline construction in Shanghai and Shanghai science and technology commission funded projects torch-plan projects,and based on the digital measurement technology, has studied measuring system of high quality, high efficiency, generalized fairing fixture, has achieved large space, high precision, generality and automation of measurement, and combining with the assembly process, finally guaranteeing assembling accuracy, the research content as follows:(1)Through the flexible satellite fairing assembling fixture and assembly precision requirements analysis, based on measuring principle, online measuring principle and technical feasibility and so on, analysed the domestic and international and large equipment, digital technology,finally selected total station instrument, aser tracker measurement technology, and IGPS measuring technology as measuring instrument of sembling fixture.(2) Based on the compositior of installation inspection system of satellite fairing assembling and the function module design goal, technical requirements of the system, studys and demonstrates the assembling of measurement system based on the assembling frame based on measuring system, puts forward the closed-loop system of assembling aircraft conceptual design scheme.(3)Through the research of the key technology of the digital measurement system, finished three measurement methods of fairing assembling fixture based on computer aided electronic tachometer, laser tracker measurement technology and IGPS measuring technology, analyzed the measurement system and the principle of measurement precision measurement solutions of assembly fixture, and expounds several typical measurement data processing method of nonlinear least squares, newton method, MATLAB multivariate interpolation method, and lsqnonlin function, and do some research for measurement errors and uncertainty of measurement system, in the assembly of installation inspection laid so established a theoretical foundation of installation inspection system of fairing assembling fixture.(4) Be aim to assembling frame fixture, discussed in detail measurement process planning, point layout, data processing and error analysis of various precision inspection, used electronic tachometer, N3 level, electronic level, especially discussed measurement simulation experiment of fundamental stage levelness and card board roundness, finded the optimal scheme, and introduced the method of using Matlab multivariate interpolation method to draw surface graph and assist fairing assembly adjusting.
