As part of key research funded projects Shanghai "fine quality,high-efficient,low-expend,supported information technology research and application for the satellite fairing manufacture(08DZ1124100)",the key technology of IGPS measurement system is studied in this paper,which is combined with the laboratory's existing universal and automatic frame of satellite fairing(prototype)to achieve the digital and flexible assembly.(1)The advantages and disadvantages of the dynamic measurement system have been studied.Based on the structure of the universal and automatic frame prototype,the IGPS measurement system founded digital and flexible assembly system has been built.(2)For the IGPS measurement system,the original prototype is improved through selecting high-sensitivity laser detectors and designing the second-order amplification and active filter circuit to resolve the weak signal identification problem.Two models with time-sharing measurement and sub-frequency measurement respectively have been designed,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.The software of measurement system is developed based on the principle of the rear angle intersection.(3)Research on Calibration of the system,achieve the system self-calibration,and realize coordinate Solving(4)Finally,the digital and flexible assembly frame has been tested.Combined with the IGPS measurement technology,the frame backplane level control system,the benchmark platform positioning system,card board and its reconfigurable systems are validated.The adjustment process is displayed at the real-time through display to realize good man-machine interaction.
