| Energy regenerative suspension is always a great concern to the vehicle engineering experts,and current study on energy regenerative suspension are mainly about energy recycling method,but the damping matching and power calculation is the key problem to electromagnetic energy regenerative suspension.Moreover,restricted by the throttle slice deformation,oil nonlinear analytic calculation of throttling loss,and so on,there has not been reliable design method for the cab and the seat damper design,and is unable to meeting the rapid development and comfortableness of vehicles.In this paper,some research was conducted,aiming at the problems.The innovations are as follows:(1)With ride vibration analysis based on 1/4 model of vehicle suspension,the vehicle suspension system optimum damping ratio mathematical models were respectively established based on driving safety and ride comfort,the optimal damping matching optimized design mathematical model of vehicle suspension system was established by the golden section method.(2)With the energy regenerative suspension power is equal to the energy dissipation per unit time of original shock absorber,the energy regenerative suspension power calculation mathematical model were established respectively based on the original shock absorber outer characteristic and vehicle parameters.(3)According to the elasticity theory,by the boundary and deformation continuity condition,the deformation analytic formula of throttle slice under non-uniform pressure was established.(4)According to the energy regenerative suspension power and the demands of ride comfort,the generator power calculation mathematical model and the damping coefficient mathematical model of parallel shock absorber were established,and the throttle valve parameters design model was established.(5)Make simulation of vehicle performance indexes with Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that the power calculation mathematical model of energy regenerative suspension is correct,the optimization design value of the shock absorber valve is reliable,and can achieve optimum damping matching.It has important theoretical and application value for the design and development of energy regenerative suspension. |
