| With the continuous development of auto industry,the requirement for various performance to the car is becoming more and more important,the suspension as an important part of the car,pass all the forces between the wheels and the frame,and through the elastic element and damping of shock absorber components attenuation caused by uneven road surface excitation of vehicle vibration,ensure vehicle ride comfort and handling stability requirements,the traditional hydraulic shock absorber will this part of the vibration energy into mechanical energy dissipation of hydraulic oil internal energy and related components,due to the energy conservation and emissions reduction technology has gradually become the important performance of the car,how to this part of the vibration energy recovery and take advantage of the car has become the focus of attention.In this paper,we research the ball screw type energy regenerative shock absorber,the shock absorber has a good ability of energy recovery.First of all to the existing structure of several different energy regenerative shock absorber of the working principle and its structure has carried on the simple introduction,and based on this,advances a new type of ball screw type energy regenerative shock absorber,the structure scheme and working principle were detailed in this paper.Next to the ball screw type energy regenerative shock absorber damping characteristics and energy recovery characteristics are analyzed.Again by AMESim modeling was carried out on the ball screw,the ball screw modeling and the usability of the model are verified through the simulation analysis,and then energy regenerative absorber modeling and simulation on the ball screw type energy regenerative and validate the reliability of the model,and energy regenerative ability,and then build the ball screw type energy regenerative suspension model,and carries on the step random road excitation vibration test and vibration test,through two kinds of simulation test energy regenerativesuspension vertical displacement and acceleration were analyzed,and proved that energy regenerative suspension comfort with traditional suspension were similar,and in the frequency domain within the scope of amplitude frequency characteristics of the simulation analysis of the suspension.At last,through combining ADAMS and AMESim simulation method energy regenerative suspension K&C characteristics simulation analysis on the feed.Is inside the Package of ADAMS/CAR vehicle subsystem related template parameters change,the vehicle simulation model is set up,by changing the working directory environment variable,and related computer software,establish joint simulation environment,and to establish a joint simulation interface,will jointly import AMESim simulation model established by ADAMS,and energy regenerative absorber AMESim model,a simulation model of vehicle on the ball screw type energy regenerative suspension kinematics and elastic kinematics characteristic of the simulation analysis. |
