Permanent magnet and electromagnetism mixed excitation starter-generator that integrates hybrid excitation generator and starter.It has the advantages of good adjusting performance and high power density of coupling magnetic field in hybrid excitation motor,and the features of multi-use and compact structure of starter-generator,which is very fit for extender starter-generator system.The structure of radial permanent magnet and salient pole electromagnetic is adopted on the mixed excitation rotor by the comparation the relationship between the mixed magnetomotive.The diagram of equivalent magnetic circuit of the permanent magnet,electro-magnetic and mixed excitation,permeance,leakage permeance and leakage coefficient are obtained by design and calculation of the mixed excitation starter-generator magnetic circuit,which provides theoretical basis for optimization of the parameters.The permanent magnet and electrical excitation rotor parts are designed by using the principle that permanent magnet magnetic field is priority;electric excitation magnetic field is complementary and electric field magnetic field can adjust the permanent magnet magnetic field.The other structures such as stator;armature winding are designed,which is fit for the requirement of design.The mathematical model of hybrid excitation starter-generator is established,the permanent magnetic field;electro-magnetic field and composite magnetic field in starter-generator are simulated by ANSOFT software,then the distribution diagram of magnetic line of force,the magnetic potential and magnetic flux density modulus value are obtained from the result of simulation.The performance parameter is starter-generator is optimized to improve the efficiency..The control system is developed and composed by voltage regulator control circuit,motor/generator state transition circuit,starting control circuit.it can make the starter-generator output voltage steadily in wide speed and load operation and start smoothly.
