The Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Algorithm And Diagnosis Of Power Distribution Network

In the high-speed economic development,China’s power grid construction speed has been accelerated in recent years.Power distribution network as the hub of power transmission system,it is closely combined with the power demand side,growing in the position in the grid.Due to lack of the management and evaluation of distribution network in our country,result in distribution network in the process of operation and development has accumulated a lot of problems.Thus,it is very importent to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of energy efficiency for distribution network for mastering and optimizing the present operation status of distribution network.Concerning the problems and deficiencies in the current distribution network evaluation theory and algorithm,the paper has mainly done the following works.Firstly,in order to make better analysis on the energy efficiency of distribution network,the paper has made corresponding comprehensive evaluation index system from the four aspects of economy,technology,reliability and adaptability,which not only summarizes the influence factors of distribution network energy efficiency but ensures the independence of each index.Secondly,the paper establishes mathematical model of comprehensive evaluation algorithm,and combines the grey relavancy analysis method with ambiguous comprehensive evaluation method,as well as takes the four kinds of distribution network of power supply areas in Yinchuan as the research object to conduct comprehensive evaluation to the energy efficiency of the distribution network in four kinds of power supply areas,so as to verify the validity and scientificity of the algorithm model.Meanwhile,according to the efficiency evaluation results and based on the single index sensitivity and single index discrepancy,the paper makes a diagnosis for the energy efficiency of distribution network of four kinds of power supply areas in Yinchuan,and finds out the weak link exisitng in the distribution network,simutaneously puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The research aims to help staffs of electric power enterprises like Yinchuan Power Supply Company grasp the operation level and weak link of distribution network energy efficiency,and provide relevant workers with theoretical basis for the adjustment of distribution network structure and operating parameters,in order to optimize the distribution network structure,improve the efficiency of distribution network,and enable the distribution network to serve the community better.
