| Project control is an important work in the process of project management,in which progress control and cost control are very important.At present,the earned value analysis method is widely applied in progress and cost control.This method can calculate the deviation of the actual project progress combined with the project plan,in order to make adjustments to the project progress and cost and achieve the purpose of researching the both progress and cost control at the same time.However,when some projects being with long time and complex environment,usually the material cost or unit labor may be changed,the progress of the project would be blocked or the project construction plan would be changed and so on.These uncertain interference factors will make the earned value analysis results which are far from the actual situation or draw the contrary results.Thus it cannot provide objective data to assist the manager of project control.So this paper took research on the project control based on improved earned value under the interference of multiple factors.The research contents and creative points are as follows:1.According to the method of combining the theory and case,this paper took research on the earned value project control method and analysis the result under single factor interfered.The single impact on the project progress and cost of price fluctuations,the work sequence adjustment and abnormal duration fluctuations is respectively analyzed,and then it discussed the each improved earned value method.Using the dynamic unit price method,solved the data distortion of earned value method analysis led by the market price changes;Improved the method of “duration forecasting based on the EES”,which makes the earned value analysis project duration forecasting under the interference of the work sequence adjustment more accurate;Using “weighted normal distribution adjustment method”,improved the method under the interference of abnormal duration fluctuations.2.Based on the analysis result and the improved earned value method under the interference of single factor,this paper combined the cases and discussed the effect on the earned value project control methods under the interference of both price fluctuations,the work sequence adjustment and abnormal duration fluctuations.And mainly analyzes the improved method to avoid or decrease the effect of the multiple factors on the earned value analysis method.Finally it drew a flow chart to conclude and summarize the effective revised earned value project control method.The improved earned value method under the interference of multiple factors can be a supplement of project progress and cost control theory using the earned value method.And this method can be a reference for the applying of the project control. |
