It's wise to apply the waste concrete and waste rubber into the pervious concrete,which not only can promote the reuse of waste,reduce the production cost of raw materials,can also improve the partial performance of pervious concrete.It is of vital significance to promote the industrialization of pervious concrete,but also accords with sustainable development strategy.In this paper,research results have been obtained mainly from the recycled concrete and pervious concrete performance test.This former test based on C30 common concrete,which has mainly studied the strength and replacement of recycled aggregates affected on the basic performances and mechanisms of recycled concrete.The latter test has put permeability and mechanical property on trial based on the C20 pervious concrete with influence mechanism of the rubber particles content,recycled aggregates,styrene-acrylic emulsion and unit cement consumption,and analyzed the mechanism influenced by the rubber particles and recycled aggregates.Here are main research achivements:(1)The mechanical properties results of recycled concrete show that the properties of recycled concrete reduce as the replacement of recycled aggregate increases when the strength of recycled aggregate is 0.6~0.9 times of the strength of concrete pre-stowage,and when the strength of recycled aggregate is 1.0~1.2 times of the strength of concrete pre-stowage did same.However,there is no obvious change in the properties of recycled concrete when the strength of recycled aggregate is 1.3~1.5times of the strength of concrete pre-stowage.(2)The mechanical properties test results of rubber recycled pervious concrete show that the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and modulus elastic were lower when the rubber particles and recycled aggregates were used.Styrene acrylic emulsion could improve the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength,but adverse to modulus elastic.With the increase of unit cement consumption,the connected porosity and permeable coefficient decreases gradually,but the compressive strength,the splitting tensile strength and modulus elastic are increased gradually.(3)This paper has studied the stress-strain relation of rubber recycled pervious concrete,and test results show that the adding of recycled coarse aggregate and rubber particles can reduce the peak strain of the pervious concrete,but the rubber particles can obviously improve its toughness.(4)The multiple linear regression analysis models between the influence factors and the properties of pervious concrete based on the data regression were established with a statistical technique named two-way ANOVA.
