| The information of Building Information Modeling(BIM)can process,modify,invoke,share and export the characteristics of the building’s full life,help engineers improve decision quality and efficiency,save project costs and reduce engineering risk The China’s BIM is relatively late,the development is relatively backward,especially in the structural design stage,BIM applications are usually based on the traditional design of the secondary modeling-based,this approach not only increased the structural design process and design costs,but also Limiting the advantages of BIM in parametric design.In this paper,a commercial complex,for example,based on the BIM concept and technical advantages,from the perspective of structural designers BIM applied to the whole process of structural design,and based on BIM anti-floating anchor optimization design application research.The main work of this paper is:(1)combing domestic and foreign BIM related research and standard standards,summed up the shortcomings of traditional design methods and BIM application status and problems.(2)Taking a commercial complex as an engineering example,BIM is applied to the structural design of the actual project,summarize the basic process of BIM application design,try to apply BIM to solve the concrete problems encountered in the actual structural design and the structural integrity index and the BIM structure results are compared with the traditional design results.(3)Taking the anti-floating part of the basement of the same project as an example,the optimized design of the floating anchor rod with the advantages of visualization and simulation of BIM technology is carried out,and the simulation results of BIM are verified by finite element analysis.(4)Based on the synergistic advantage of BIM,the design flow of BIM-based anti-floating anchor bar is given when the construction scheme is changed.(5)Through the two parts of BIM project application practice,from the three aspects of collaboration and BIM and traditional methods to compare,summed up the advantages of BIM. |
