China is in a stage of rapid development stage,the construction industry,the rapid development of the textile industry,the city has also accelerated the speed of updating,whichresulted in a large number of construction waste and textile waste generation,and now,to deal with these wastes become environment the big issue of governance,and the development of the construction industry consumes a lot of natural resources,waste concrete and re-use of waste fiber,made of new concrete,both conservation of raw materials while protecting the environment,sustainable development of our country have a significant significance.By changing the content of recycled aggregate specimen,waste fiber volume content,waste fiber length,axial compression ratio of these four factors,the waste fiber recycled concrete beam-column joints study designed a total of eight specimens,using low cyclic loading for the next simulation analysis,the stagnation of the specimen back,skeleton curves,stiffness degradation and energy performance of research,analysis and comparison of the optimal dosage of the specimen under the influence of different factors.The following conclusions:1.Waste fiber regeneration failure process of concrete and ordinary concrete nodes are basically the same,can be divided into elastic stage,with cracks session and limit damage to the stage,the phenomenon can be seen from the destruction of the specimen,specimen damage mainly in nodes in the core area,the beam does not change a lot of root damage.produced only a few minor cracks.2.The specimen was added to the waste polypropylene fiber concrete seismic favorable.each specimen hysteresis curves and skeleton curves are very similar.3.Under the waste fiber recycled concrete beam-column joints hysteresis curve is very full,which other content unchanged,not mixed with recycled aggregate specimens than the other two groups,waste fiber volume content of 0.12%,waste fiber length of 19mm,axial compression ratio of 0.4 specimen specimen seismic performance is better than the other comparison.4.trend curve skeleton skeleton curve of each specimen and ordinary concrete basically the same carrying capacity of fiber recycled concrete waste late than ordinary concrete.5.Waste fiber recycled concrete no stiffness mutation,stiffness degradation curve gentle,good seismic performance.6.Waste fiber volume content of 0.12%,the length of 19mm,the specimen seismic performance indicators axial compression ratio 0.4,recycled aggregate content 0 or 50%of the case are better than ordinary concrete. |
