With the simple and compact structure,and various functions of transmission,guidance and control institutions,the cam mechanism is widely applied in various automatic machines,particularly in automatic control device,and become one indispensable institution of modern machinery and equipment.How to improve the movement characteristics of the cam mechanism,reduce manufacturing costs and realize the efficient design has become a research hotspot in recent years.Based on this,the paper conducts research in the following several aspects.First of all,through the research has an important effect on the profile of the cam follower motion laws and characteristics of the motion law,formulate appropriate selection principle.At the same time the paper concludes and summarizes the main parameters influencing the profile of the cam,optimization model is established accordingly,the main parameters optimization completed,compiled the corresponding parametric design module.Secondly,to set up a dynamic system model and the corresponding equation of cam mechanism,deduces the guarantee law of motion of follower output accurately reproduce the motion law of expression under contact cam and driven,in order to complete the design of the cam profile is the basis,discussed the mechanism of affecting the frequency of cam profile,and developed the design the module of cam contour,and provides the reliable basis for the design of cam mechanism.Again,by the aforementioned kinetic model as the foundation,established the cam and follower contact analysis model of stress and the cam profile contact deformation,contact deformation,put forward into the cam profile design idea of surface roughness,established the corresponding cam contour surface roughness correction calculation method,realize the reasonable design of cam contour machining accuracy grade.Finally,using the graphical user interface design of Gui module in MATLAB,the software interface is simple and friendly cam contour parametric design system,and verifies the validity and reliability of software for example.Example results show that the design concept can be accurate assurance cam follower motion characteristics,and the required degree of cam profile surface roughness relax,improve the cam profile design efficiency and reduce the processing cost,to has the certain instruction function to enhance the level of R&D of cam mechanism. |
