Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of modern industry and information technology, the scale of the packaging production line and the level of automation are rapidly improving. How to establish a reasonable system diagnosis strategy using the new generation information technology of big data and cloud computing, how to diagnose the troubles of the packaging production line accurately and rapidly, and how to reduce the shutdown losses are the hot topics in the academic and industrial circles in recent years.Packaging production line structure is complex, the trouble diagnosis method for equipment has the following problems: First, the running status of equipment parts isn’t analyzed from the running status data; Second, high threshold and high maintenance costs. Therefore,taking high-speed bag machine as an example and using statistical,microelectronics, information processing and CAN communication technology, the paper proposes the packaging production line on-line trouble diagnosis method based on the running state data. The main research contents are as follows:First, this paper expounds the background significance of the packaging machinery trouble diagnosis method research. The paper first introduces the application prospect of packaging machinery, analyses the present research situation on trouble diagnosis method and puts forward the shortage of the existing research.Second, on one hand, the paper introduces the structure and working principle of the high-speed bag machine, and divides the bag machine into several subsystems from functional standpoint. On the other hand,based on the trouble statistics, the paper analyzes the trouble type and its impact of high-speed bag machine. Finally, the key factors of affecting the stability of high-speed bag machine are gained through harm extent analysis method.According to the key factors which influence the stability of the bag machine, the AT89S52 cylinder state capture device and servo state capture method based on CN3 - RJ45 are designed, which are in the CAN communication methods.The paper puts forward three kinds of trouble information elements:the past trouble element, the instant element, and the predict element. The three trouble elements are: the trouble name, the trouble feature, and the trouble eigenvalue, based on which, the paper establishes the trouble diagnosis model.Taking servo subsystem as an example, the paper explains how to use expert system to realize the trouble diagnosis model.
