With the rapid development of society,economy,industry,agriculture,organic pollution of drinking source water sudden frequent incidents,the degree of harm is also showing an increasing trend.These sudden water pollution accident,the safety of drinking source water enormous threat,while the ecological environment,human health and social stability have brought serious damage.Toluene,ethylbenzene are two BTEX,mainly used in pharmaceutical,chemical,etc.,on the human body is very large,a "three-letter" material,biodegradable.So,after a burst water BTEX contaminated water,should fast,effective and safe treatment for emergency protection of human health.PAC adsorption technology is the most widely used method of emergency treatment of volatile organic compounds.This paper examines the factors that PAC for toluene,ethylbenzene adsorption properties,adsorption and absorption of impact,were fitted to the experimental data,analysis.Experimental studies have found:PAC for toluene,ethylbenzene have good adsorption,30mg/L carbon investment amount will be 4.5mg/L of toluene,1.5mg/L ethylbenzene water samples at concentrations down to national standards the times are 30min;Friedrich Flender model for toluene,ethylbenzene adsorption isotherm data fit better,mathematical models are:q=0.0889C0.6786(R2=0.8634),q=62.088C0 571(R2=0.8836);pH value of powder activated carbon adsorption of toluene,ethylbenzene did not affect the adsorption effect,toluene,ethylbenzene,non-ionic compounds related;increase the dosage of PAC,PAC for toluene,ethylbenzene removal along with increased adsorption into three stages,120min when PAC adsorption of toluene,ethylbenzene basically saturated;temperature is not conducive to PAC adsorption of toluene and ethylbenzene;NOM and toluene?ethylbenzene the role of competitive adsorption does not exist.Aeration is US.EPA stripping technique to remove volatile organic compounds designated the most effective technique.Based on the type of aeration head study the effect of gas-water ratio and toluene,ethylbenzene initial concentration of stripping effect of aeration discovery:aeration stripping of toluene,ethylbenzene removal better aeration rate of 1.0 L/min conditions,the initial concentration of 3.5mg/L,1.5mg/L of toluene,ethylbenzene watery treatment compliance were needed 40min,30min;pore diffusers and tripping gas-water ratio are the main factors influencing the effect of stripping first,the smaller the aperture,the better off blowing,pore size of 200-250?m,1#is the best aeration head;stripping effect is not affected by the initial concentration of pollutants.Aeration and stripping and PAC adsorption combination of applied research found that:Aeration blowing off before dosing PAC adsorption is the best emergency treatment process;Adopt the technology of toluene PAC dosing quantity by a separate when using PAC adsorption process of 30 mg/L to 25 mg/L,ethylbenzene as 30 mg/L,still processing time by 30 min are reduced to 20 min(toluene),15 min(ethyl benzene);Gas-water ratio is the important factors influencing the removal,gas-water ratio increases,the removal increase.Aeration and stripping strengthen PAC emergency treatment by BTEX contaminated source water method is feasible...
