| Liaozhong county is located in Liaoning Province,Liaoning Economic Zone and connecting the coastal economic belt-phase intersection node zone,with extend open space connecting the north and south,radiation economic advantage surrounding area.Since the main rivers within Pu river,Liao River,Hun River,Xi river Liao River converge,making Liaozhong County’s rapid economic development,the comprehensive construction of Liaozhong County Binshui city.With urban development and population growth,the original water plant production can not meet the living water,much-needed expansion of the water plant,the target is from the previous 2 000 m3/d of water the size of the expansion to 1 0000 m3/d.In Liaoning the water to meet the living and production conditions of the residents,to ensure the water supply is safe and effective become a serious problem.Based on the key technologies to protect the safety of the water supply is analyzed and designed to provide a theoretical basis for in Liaozhong Binshui city water plant renovation and expansion project.This article first Pu river surface water quality and groundwater quality in Liaozhong Binshui city within the study area were the water quality status assessment environment;where surface water quality evaluation function with BP neural network method,the evaluation results for grade IV water,groundwater quality evaluation using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and improve the evaluation method,the first use of a balanced average type as the type of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the evaluation results for V grade water.The regional groundwater main factor for excessive iron and manganese ions,after simple treatment to meet drinking water standards residents.Secondly,the layout for the pumping tube wells were studied.Since the aquifer particles of the study area is fine sand,fine sand particles are extremely fine due to non-sticky,poor permeability;laid for water supply tube wells caused great difficulties.First Pumping speed can not be too large,too large will cause the speed of tube wells Bay sand,or even scrapped;secondly filler particles can not be too thick or too thin,too thick filler particles can not stop living silty sand aquifer,while too small filler particles tube wells pumping so hard,it is difficult to protect the water supply requirements.In this paper,the indoor tube wells filler test,found that when the filling level of 100mm thickness of the particle size distribution V1:V1.18 = 6:4,when the filler,water tube wells of the amount of sand and the water supply tube wells can meet the technical specifications(GB50296-99)requirements.Rationality characteristic parameters analyzed in this article and the introduction of fractal theory filler tube wells,with the traditional characterization of unevenness and gradation,etc.compared to the filler,the fractal dimension to characterize the non-uniformity of the filler particles,ambiguity and uncertainty;the study found that when the fractal dimension of the aquifer particles is twice the fractal dimension of tube wells filler particles,the most reasonable and effective.I also improved the water flow rate to allow wall permeability relationship is,which is due in the indoor experiment,fine sand aquifer allow borehole water speed is not too large,the specification should be for the fine sand aquifer relationship,and according to the formula laid and water designed to improve the water supply tube wells.The third is the study of manganese ions against excessive groundwater treatment technology,paper selected five kinds of different manganese sand in the Liaozhong Binshui city in groundwater treated manganese ions were measured obtaining maturity;and 5 respectively of manganese sand formation concentration of the active filter before and after the zero-order reaction rate equation,first-order reaction rate equation,second-order reaction rate equation was found five kinds of activity after the formation of manganese sand filter are fitted with a first order reaction rate equation is better;and separately with Langmuir isotherm model and Freundlich adsorption isotherm model fitting,found five kinds of manganese sand are a good fit with the Langmuir adsorption model.5 kinds of manganese sand in Mashan high quality manganese sand short maturity,the maximum reaction rate constant,and therefore selected as the best of manganese sand filter.Visual Modflow fourth is the application software to simulate water flow and expansion project changes in the concentration of manganese ions groundwater situation in the next 10 years,the results show that the expansion project of Liaoning in the production and life of the residents had little effect;the manganese ions changes more stable,urgently needed pollution of groundwater for processing.Finally,the water supply tube wells and manganese from water structure detailed design,the paper key technologies for water purification plant in Liaozhong Binshui city expansion project proposed,to protect the safety of Liaozhong water environment,with real meaning and significance. |
