With the rapid development of the construction industry,due to the bored pile foundation with high carrying capacity,ease of construction and low cost advantages gradually become the main form of the foundation,but by the construction process and technical level,which also led to the pile foundation The widespread existence of difficult to remove the pile mud.Because the existence of mud has great influence on the bearing capacity of pile,it is very important to analyze the effect of mud strength on pile bearing behavior.As the self-balanced pile method can solve the traditional test pile bearing capacity detection methods in a variety of problems,and thus widely used in the field of civil engineering.Therefore,the effect of mud strength on pile bearing capacity is studied by self-balancing piles.Based on the previous research,this paper systematically studied the effect of pile surrounding mud on the bearing behavior under self-balanced test using theoretical analysis and finite element numerical simulation.The main work and research results are as follows:1.This article on the Changde City,Hunan Province,an example of a pile of self-balancing on-site monitoring and analysis.The results show that the self-balanced test results increase the load capacity by 10.6% compared with the results at 28 days.2.The ABAQUS finite element model of pile-mud-soil interaction is established in this paper.By changing the pile-soil contact coefficient to simulate the change of the strength of the mud,the change of the mud around the pile with time is simulated,and the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of the bored pile is analyzed.Impact.3.By analyzing the relationship between load and displacement,pile side friction and axial force,the bearing mechanism of mud pile and the influence of clay strength on bearing capacity are obtained.The results show that with the pile-The critical load of the pile-soil contact surface increases with the increase of the reduction coefficient under the same load,and the critical friction of the pile-soil contact surface increases with the increase of the reduction coefficient Of the increase,while the pile displacement is reduced.4.The relationship between the reduction coefficient and the bearing capacity of the pile-soil contact surface is analyzed.The results show that the reduction coefficient is not linearly related to the bearing capacity.With the increase of the reduction coefficient,the ultimate friction Resistance and ultimate bearing capacity of the incremental gradually reduced.
