Study On Subgrade Widening Engineering Technology Of Ji Qing Highway Expansion Project

Recent years,our country economy has a rapid development and the growth of traffic is huge,because of the low design standard and long service life,The road service level of early highway has been woefully inadequate.Its status in highway transportation network does not match its affordable transport capacity,which has not adapt to the pace of the regional social and economic development,so more and more highway need to be widen and expanded.This paper based on the Ji Qing highway reconstruction project,propose treatment plan for the key issue of highway expansion project to provide a reference for similar projects.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Investigation the completed existing highway expansion project,and analysis its early planning and characteristics to summed up the project’s advanced experience.(2)Analysis current situation of the old road and the project’s overview.The studies have shown that Ji Qing highway has a huge traffic,and In urgent need of expansion,meanwhile the old highway have good condition for it’s expansion.(3)To take design of Ji Qing highway reconstruction project.Using mixed ash treatment to improve the strength of road bed,step excavation and slope cutting has been adopted in road widening,CFG pile has been used in the road which settlement does not meet the requirements,drainage and slope protection pay attention to the coordination of ecological and engineering.(4)To conduct scheme comparison of the key issue of Ji Qing highway expansion project,and using theoretical means,numerical model simulation method and finite element analysis method to analysis the issues.Discussed the reasonableness of eight-lane entirety expansion on both sides and the excavation of large step size,proved the necessity of application of geosynthetic materials in the control of differential settlement in old and new road.
