Ceramsite foam concrete is a new type of inorganic insulation material with the advantages of thermal insulation,fireproof,high strength,light weight and other excellent characteristics,and it can meet the requirements of building energy conservation,security and sustainable development well.The preparation method of grouting ceramic foamed concrete was put forward by research.The effects of the water-binder ratio,the content of fly ash,the content of foam and the grouting pressure on the performance and uniformity of grouting ceramsite foam concrete were analyzed by the orthogonal experiment and performance optimization,and the grouting ceramsite foam concrete with excellent performance was obtained ultimately.In the meantime,the effects of various factors on the rheological characteristics of paste were studied,and the linkages between rheological characteristics of paste and the uniformity of specimen were established.The rheological characteristics of paste and grouting pressure impacting on filling rate were illuminated detailedly.The conclusions can be drawn as follows:1.The research utilized a method that producing ceramsite foam concrete by grouting pressure.The foam paste was filled into the container piled up ceramsite naturally under the pressure to overcome the shortcoming that the ceramsite was easy to float during the mixing process.And ceramsite foam concrete with high uniformity could be produced by utilizing this method.2.The orthogonal test proved that the order of factors impacting compressive strength at 28 d and dry density of grouting ceramsite foam concrete was as follows: the content of foam > the content of fly ash > the water-binder ratio,and the order of impacting uniformity was: the content of fly ash> the content of foam> the water-binder ratio.The dry density of the grouting ceramsite foam concrete decreases as the increase the height of the specimen.The distribution of dry density in the horizontal direction is symmetrically distributed with the grouting hole,and the dry density of the axial position is largest.3.Further strength optimization studies have shown that the content of fly ash,the content of foam and grouting pressure have significant effect on the compressive strength,specific strength,dry density and uniformity of grouting ceramsite foam concrete.Through adjusting the parameters,the grouting ceramsite foam concrete with high uniformity was got,whose the dry density is 781 kg/m3,compressive strength is 5.2 MPa,thermal conductivity is 0.182 W /(m·K).4.The yield stress and viscosity of the paste were represented by the fluidity and the S value which defined by our research.When the fluidity of paste is in the range of 170 ~ 220 mm,the finished product have good uniformity.When the viscosity is changed by the difference of the water-binder ratio and the content of foam,the filling rate of the paste became slower with the increase of the viscosity.When the viscosity changed by the difference of the content of fly ash,the rule that the filling rate of the paste became slower with the increase of the viscosity only after the paste encounters the side wall.The greater the grouting pressure,the faster the filling speed.The growth rate of the filling speed decreased with increasing grouting pressure.
