With the application of industrial photogrammetry system is more and more extensive,the precision is more and more high,the environment is more and more diversified,and the requirement of real-time dynamic measurement is put forward.Especially for high temperature,toxic and unable to gain access to the work of the measuring object,adopts the method of projection optical landmark measurement has become a practical and effective measuring method,but the domestic study of performance and precision of optical target projector bit small.Combined with the development and demand background,the paper studied the optical principle;the basic performance and the industrial photogrammetry system accuracy based on the projection optical mark point,the main content of the thesis are as follows:1?The optical principle and the structure of the optical target projector are studied,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the parameters.2?The influence of the parameters of the optical target projector itself parameter settings for the brightness of the optical mark point is analyzed and studied,and the relationship between the output power of the optical target projector,the aperture size and the brightness of the optical mark point is analyzed through the test.3?Using the precision test method of measuring repeatability test and contrast test combination,the accuracy of the industrial photogrammetry system based on the optical mark is tested from two aspects of the internal and external accuracy4?The optimization study on casting point effect of different measurement object,especially the black light absorbing strong measurement object is carried on,puts forward an approach of spraying developer improve the effect of shot point and the accuracy of measurement,and the validity of this method is validated by experiment;5?the problems of that the optical mark point is not compatible with the directional reflection code target,the code target will be found invalid point and the decline of the measurement accuracy of stitching precision based on the directional reflection code target are reappeared.on this basis,the paper analysis discovered the cause of the problem: the time delay between the camera flash and the optical target projector flash.Finally put forward the ways to solve these two issues: shorten the exposure time and the camera tripod fixed camera,and the validity of this method is validated by experiment.
