Tidal current generates electricity as a recyclable energy supply of creating an important way of dealing with the adjustment of energy structure, developing a low-carbon economy and climate warming and other issues has been paid more attention in recent years Just as hydrop-ower station,tidal current generates electricity also need to water kinetic energy into electrical energy equipment. With the continuous development of tidal current energy research,tidal cur-rent energy turbine is starting the step-by-step trend mature. Currently,Horizontal-axis turbine is the most widely used in all turbines.In this paper, self convection reversing mechanism and me-chanical locking mechanism was designed and studied in terms of hydrodynamics, strength and mechanism dynamics for horizontal-axis turbine low power coefficient and Instability problem between the generator and the pedestal based on national oceanic nonprofit industry research and special projects of typical island comprehensive development and utilization technology research and demonstration.Based on the tidal current energy conversion theory and principle of the hydraulic turbine structure to analysis the basic principles and operational characteristics of hydraulic turbine of bearing mechanism.According to related problems are designed to support the transmission system from the self convection reversing mechanism and mechanical locking mechanism as the main body.Analysis and calculation of external water turbine load and applied fluid dynamics simul-ation of water impeller true watershed model simulations. Set the turbine in the limit velocity,speed reaches maximum when the load size, access to external load data required for mechani-sm design.On the basis of the design of the power station parameters and load requirements of the turbine from the self convection reversing mechanism and mechanical locking mechanism in detail structure design.The strength analysis of finite element method for the key parts by using ANSYS software,mathematical software MATLAB to determine the design parameters of displacement, velocity, angle and other institutions, and its mechanism structure was improved and optimized in order to ensure the safe and reliable. While the type of turbine foundation structure, sealing and connecting parts for analysis and selection.Virtual prototyping technology is based on analyzing kinematics simulation of mechanical locking mechanism transmission system.To simulate the real operating conditions using ADA-MS, validation mechanism can according to the requirements of design speed, displacement of good operation,and ensures a constant transmission ratio.This design mechanism through the strength analysis and kinematic analysis,continuous work smoothly, since a good starting performance, higher energy capture efficiency, and its pri-nciples can be common to any type of tidal current energy turbine generator to achieve a multi-software co-simulation design for engineering practice provides a good promotion prospects.
