Blood analyzers are one of the most widely used medical devices in medical units and play a very important role in disease prevention,diagnosis and research.With the rapid development of computer,speed up the development of five classification blood analyzer.Therefore,the development of a low-cost,easy maintenance,high integration and stable performance of the popular five classification blood analyzer has important significance and role.This paper introduces the development of blood analyzers,trends and shortcomings,and describes the commonly used blood test technology.The existing five classification blood analyzers with high cost of the whole machine,laser detection system is complex,difficult maintenance,equipment,high cost of use.In this paper,based on the above and outside the comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of blood analyzers at home and abroad,the design of five classification blood analyzers is completed.This project optimizes the design of the liquid circuit system,makes the mechanical structure simple,the total length of the pipeline is shorter,the reagent is saved,the use cost of the instrument is reduced.Using the patented optical system of the partner company,the complex fluid focusing system and the expensive flow cell box necessary for the existing laser type five classification blood analyzer were discarded,which reduced the production cost of the instrument and optimized the white blood cells detection method,reduce the type of reagents,reduce the use of cost.Designed by the management level of industrial control board and the basic level of FPGA hardware control system.With a modular and 4-layer PCB design,a highly integrated hardware system reduces hardware failure rates,thereby reducing hardware maintenance costs.And design for the system of the upper and lower computer software system,so that the whole highly coordinated work.The main research results of this paper are:to complete the design of the five classification blood analyzer.Application of patented technology optical system,optimize the liquid circuit system,design hardware control system,and complete the software system design.The machine design allows the five classification blood analyzers to meet the use of standards under the premise of reducing the production and use of equipment costs.' The development of the instrument for the five classification blood analyzer popularity,promote disease diagnosis and prevention work and other aspects of development is of great significance and role.
