At present,China’s mainstream insulation system is the main exterior insulation system,exterior insulation system has the disadvantages of poor fire resistance and poor durability,and the advantages of ceramsite concrete self insulation sandwich panel with green environmental protection,heat insulation,good fire resistance,good overall performance,but the core of ceramsite concrete self insulation wall preparation method is still not mature enough,still need to continue to study and explore.Therefore,this paper mainly studies two aspects of preparation methods and mechanical properties of ceramsite concrete sandwich thermal insulation wallboard.At the present stage,there are many problems in the process of making green concrete sandwich thermal insulation wallboard,which affect the popularization and application of this kind of thermal insulation wallboard.In order to solve the problem of the floating ceramsite,wall preparation method made two improvements:(1)、pouring ceramsite concrete,pouring in the wall width direction,reduces the aggregate floating time;(2)、the construction with a test of the test,the floating ceramsite is not obvious and the good performance of the construction of cement mixture ratio water: Sand: ceramsite: water reducer =1:0.3:1.34:1.26:0.006,fly ash and get the best dosage is 20%.According to the concrete density problem,the wall structure made two improvements:(1)、 with longitudinal steel wires instead of steel wire net at present in the wall,effectively increase the internal space of the concrete wall,smooth vibration;(2)、open bar shaped holes on the polystyrene board,so that both sides of the polyphenyl plate are more concrete the mutual flow,so that the more dense concrete.In order to verify the improvement measures are reasonable and effective,and to explore theinfluence of the mechanical properties of wall reinforcement ratio and hole size of polystyrene sandwich ceramsite concrete self thermal insulation wall,this paper gives the bending test and impact test.The test results show that the higher the reinforcement ratio of the wallboard,the greater the ultimate bearing capacity,the better the impact resistance of the wallboard;the larger the opening size,the less the side cracks on the wallboard under impact loading,the better the impact resistance.In order to further analyze the influence of longitudinal steel wire spacing and ceramsite concrete strength on the bearing capacity of wallboard,the theoretical analysis and calculation of wallboard are carried out and compared with the experimental results.The results show that the calculated value has little difference with the experimental values show that the simplified calculation model of feasible beam;reduce the vertical wire spacing and improve the ultimate strength of ceramsite concrete sandwich ceramsite concrete self insulation wall bearing capacity has a good effect to some extent. |
