At present, the demands for researches on prefabricated monolithic concrete shear wall, frame and a frame-shear wall structure are gradually increasing. However, panel as the structure of the building envelope system, there are limited researches are conducted systematically. Since external panel is the important part of precast concrete wall panel that widely applied and largely demanded, precast concrete panels has become a crucial factor which restricts the application of prefabricated frame and shear wall structural, on which there are no corresponding technical regulations in China. Compared with traditional insulation inner and outer insulation panel structural configurations, precast concrete sandwich wall insulation enjoys the advantages such as, a low "thermal bridge" effect, good durability and some benefits on economy, society and environment. Nowadays, it has become the tendency of the wall structure development. The research and application of this integrated thermal insulation and structural properties of sandwich panels are significant to promoting and improving our precast concrete structures. Now the researches on the sandwich panels are still inadequate yet.Numerous problems, at home, exist in commonly used precast concrete sandwich wall insulation plug connections, for instance, anchoring mechanics, structural complexity and other issues, or all needs cannot be met. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes a precast concrete sandwich wall insulation plug connection in a new way that employs glass fiber composite ribs, and shapes it as W. Due to glass fiber reinforced composite bar, outsourcing a layer of glass fiber, the use of glass fiber reinforced relatively low thermal conductivity, cold bridge problems of pure metal can be reduced. Meanwhile, the steel inner core, can also improve the poor anti shear capacity of pure glass fiber reinforcement. W-shaped connection is utilized to connect precast concrete sandwich wall panels and external wall insulation to resolve the sandwich wall panel shear and flexural interaction problems.To study the mechanical properties of W-shaped steel and glass fiber reinforced composite connection, straight anchor test, so that bend anchor test, cell plate bending shear anchor test, standard panel shear and bending tests should be conducted. In addition, the research on precast concrete sandwich insulation plug wall will be carried out by observing the process of destruction of test pieces, test pieces failure modes and load-displacement curves, distribution and development trend of cracks, etc.W-shaped glass fiber reinforced composite bar connection has a good performance to anchor which as same as that of steel, as well as enjoys good straight anchor performance. Furthermore, the outsourcing and glass fiber can improve the tensile strength of steel. The performance of bending anchor with anchor varies with different depths. The anchoring ability fiberglass nail is significantly lower, being compared with fiberglass nails, the W-shaped glass fiber reinforced composite bar connections are in excellent anchoring performance. When the cell plate specimen subjected to shear plate side effect, glass fiber has weak performance, and on the W-shaped glass fiber reinforced composite bar and steel trusses connection has strong shear capacity.Establish a standard plate shear test and the standard plate bending test model with ABAQUS finite element software, and conduct comparative analysis according to the test results, the model almost coincides with the requirements that can reflect the plug-force performance of precast concrete sandwich insulation panel. If the flexural capacity of fiber glass nail specimens is weak, the flexural capacity of steel truss-type test pieces with W-shaped steel and glass fiber reinforced composite connection test pieces is substantially the same, and the steel truss which contains a high amount of steel, from which can illustrate the W-shaped reinforced glass fiber composite bar connecting member possesses strong flexural capacity, excellent mechanical properties, and outstanding overall performance.In conclusion, this paper analyzes and summarizes the research and its findings, which will offer a basis for the further investigation on the precast concrete sandwich panel insulation plug-depth. In the meantime, this thesis also put forward the optimized tendency of connection research, so that the fundamental achievements will be provided for the promotion and application of precast concrete structures in domestic.
