| The vertical vibration of the train directly affects the smoothness and safety of the vehicle.With the increase of the train speed and the increasing load,the collision between the wheel and rail caused by the sharp increase in the force,resulting in vertical vibration,seriously affecting the train running quality.The method of studying the vertical vibration characteristics of train is the experimental simulation method and the numerical simulation method.The experimental simulation method requires a lot of time cost and equipment cost,not a kind of economic choice.The numerical simulation method can obtain the vibration response of vehicle and track efficiently,safely and at low cost,but the numerical simulation method is controlled by the computer running speed,simulation time Longer,and in the simulation after the specific experiment by many constraints.With the rapid development of circuit simulation theory and application,its simulation advantage is gradually realized,such as the design of low difficulty,simulation speed,simulation process intuitive and easy to operate.Therefore,this paper chooses the circuit simulation method to study the vertical vibration of the train,the research content is as follows:(1)Establish a vehicle vertical vibration three degrees of freedom model and vehicle vertical vibration unified model,the former is based on the latter to simplify.In the above two models,the wheel pair and the bogie are connected by a suspension device,and the bogie is connected with the vehicle body by a two-line suspension device.The suspension device is composed of a spring and a damping system.The model includes physical model and mathematical model,and has a one-to-one correspondence.(2)Discussing the application of the track irregularity method in the vertical vibration system of the vehicle,and determines the vertical displacement between the wheel and the wheel by the superposition of the harmonic irregularity.The numerical simulation model is established by MATLAB / SIMULINK software for simplified model and unified model respectively.The displacement,velocity,acceleration time domain and numerical values of wheel,bogie,body are obtained by numerical solution.And obtains the time domain map and the numerical value as the evaluation index of the circuit simulation.(3)In the circuit simulation software MULTISIM design circuit,the use of simple electronic components such as resistors,capacitors,to achieve the mathematical model of the circuit and simplified model and unified model of mathematical expression consistent.Then the circuit simulation,obtained wheel pairs,bogies,body displacement,speed,acceleration time domain and numerical values.By contrast,numerical simulation and circuit simulation in the time domain diagram of the waveform and the value of exactly the same.The realization of circuit simulation provides a reference for studying the dynamics of vehicle track system. |
