With the steady development of national economy,the demand of dangerous goods is closely related to industry,living,transportation,energy and other areas of processing raw materials or materials continue to rise,and the transport of dangerous goods quantity corresponding to the rising.Dangerous goods road transportation has become an important way of transportation of dangerous goods in cities and around the city.The city road,the surrounding population density,traffic flow,once the dangerous goods vehicles during transport accident and not timely control of the situation,on the road and the surrounding areas may cause mass casualties and the surrounding ecological environment unfavorable phenomenon,then led to the loss of property,cause social panic.Therefore,in order to reduce the rate of accident prevention,accident road danger,the transport of dangerous goods safety and economical transportation,it is necessary to study on the design of road transport model of dangerous goods,therefore,this article is mainly from the following aspects:(1)Detailed analysis of the influencing factors and the form of the accident of road dangerous goods transportation from March 2005 to December 2015,and summarized the influencing factors of the accident.(2)To the road transport of dangerous goods accident forms are summarized,and further divide the dangerous factors of road accident influence,respectively from the management,human,vehicle and environment are four main influence factors were analyzed.Secondly,the four main effects on the transport of dangerous goods accident for refinement,rough sets theory is introduced,the factors that lead to the main effect of refinement after the accident of the secondary analysis,so as to reveal the secondary accidents between the factors and the important degree.(3)The dangerous goods accident statistics and analysis based on rough set theory for secondary analysis of main influence factors,road and other factors have an important effect on the dangerous goods road transport network planning,so as to avoid considering the effects of the accident in the transportation network consequences of large sections of ideas based on the proposed synthesis(synthetic value value to avoid the accident effects of weight and cost)and the consequences of road segments in the synthesis of ideas,the maximum static road traffic,so as to establish the corresponding model of road transport of dangerous goods in the transport network,then form a consideration to avoid synthetic value of hazardous materials transportation network programming network model of the largest section,and then through an example to verify the feasibility of the model.(4)In some sections of the forbidden line of the transport network,based on the maximum value of road maintenance costs charged synthetic methods,namely take economic intervention methods to force the transport of dangerous goods carrier selection synthesis value access of small sections,on the basis of the establishment of dangerous goods road transport model,the formation of dangerous goods road transport network programming model fee the government's consideration,and then through an example to verify the feasibility of the model.
