Railway traffic dispatch command is the central nervous of the railway system.C hina generally use CTC system.As a train dispatcher,the main work to monitor the normal operation of the CTC system,the overall situation of the train and the operation of the dispatch system equipment to monitor and control.When the commanding staff of the dispatching center encounters an unexpected situation,the train dispatc her is often prone to man-made operational errors due to their own conditions such as work experience,work duration,ability to deal with emergency events and psychological quality,so that the train The probability of failure is greatly increased.In this paper,A new set of special analysis system for human error detection and analysis of man-made reliability in railway train dispatching command is constructed in this paper,which is the main body of the train dispatching staff in the railway system.T he main research progress,research progress and research results are as follows:(1)Firstly,the whole structure and function of the railway system are studied,and the job arrangement of the train running command and the working principle of the dispatc hing system and the daily task of the train dispatcher are systematically expounded,and the railway dispatching system Part of the increase in the analysis;(2)In this paper,combined with the existing theoretical analysis of human error,summed up the advantages and disadvantages,proposed the establishment of a human error classification for human error identification.Combined with field research and interviews to analyze the types of errors that may occur at a temporary rate limit.(3)Based on the previous research,this paper has made a series of achievements on the basis of previous studies on PSF.Based on the previous research,this paper extracts PSF related to railway dispatching work in PSF system,The relationship between the analysis.(4)The method of quantifying the probability of human error is an important research result of the predecessors.On this basis,this paper combines the Bayesian network and the SLIM theory based on the theory of evidence,And then put forward a new theoretical s ystem,and this system method to be used,is now the railway scheduling work in the train temporary speed limit in the scene of the train dispatch command staff timely release of work instructions for the study of the object application example analysis.A nd finally the probability of the train dispatcher's mistakes,through the knowledge and skills conditions,calculated to improve the knowledge and skills after the probability of failure.
