As the command center in the railway Routine transportation organization, charged with passenger and cargo transportation, national key materials transportation, transportation safety and service quality, dispatching plays an important role in finishing the task of operating task and improving the enterprise's benefit.Train scheduling is the core of Railway transportation Dispatching. Any operation activities must be carried out under the control of the dispatching. For the sake of involving many departments, complex rule used, Dynamic environment and the relationship with safety, the train scheduling as a subsystem of railway dispatching system is the foundation. The reliability of the entire system is depended on it.Train scheduling involves such key points as train operation adjustment, the release of dispatching order and operating in abnormal conditions, which reflects the ability of dispatching. If a loophole or error were made in those areas, it would lead to ranging from transport order created confusion and traffic blocked to accidents.Human reliability is the most fundamental element in dispatching system-a human-machine-environment system. Beginning with the mechanism led to human error, this paper analyzes the factors affecting human reliability and calculates the reliability degree to find the safety vulnerability and make preventive measures, which is in order to improve human reliability.At last, the thesis analyzes the reliability distributing and the relations of different subsystem. On the base of that, the logical frame is set up to make out the weakness of the whole system. By analyzing the reliability of the rain scheduling system, we can make preventive measures to improve the overall system and the security of the railway.
