Application Of Test Management System In Highway Engineering Quality Information Management

With the continuous expansion of the scale of highway engineering construction in our country,the condition of highway project construction is becoming more and more complex.Highway engineering test throughout all aspects of the whole construction process.It can evaluate,control and guide the highway engineering quality scientifically.However,the highway engineering test has high repeatability and heavy workload,which can easily lead to defects and affect the quality of highway engineering.In this context,a set of data statistics and analysis,feedback,quality detection and visual quality analysis and evaluation and other functions,can be controlled to provide reliable information support for the engineer construction units,engineering quality,QMS test management system and replacement of the owners,supervision engineers and construction units to complete certain quality management work has been successfully developed.In the actual application process,the QMS test management system greatly reduce the manual workload.It is urgent to put forward the information management mode of the process,data and documents in the traditional inspection,so as to provide the guarantee for the basic link of the project quality control.Therefore,this paper first analyzes system of electronic information technology and management engineering application,summarizes the problems and shortcomings;leads information means to solve the problem of QMS test management system and introduces its function;three level management system(by the construction unit,supervision units and contractors),with four layer C/S+B/S structure model of quality management system of the integration of multi frame work;to test items for the basic unit of the whole construction process of ordered partition and the establishment of project quality system of the project;through information management and dynamic analysis of engineering test data,the test data into manageable the quality of information acceptance;finally,based on the quality management system and quality system of the project,the establishment of The inspection and evaluation of quality management system,including inspection and feedback system and sequential analysis and evaluation system,the three level of management can make the participation of bottom-up step by step on the construction process of step test and evaluation from the overall quality of the basic unit test project to project implementation,coordinate control of project quality,so as to provide better guidance and control of science for the construction of highway engineering.The use of quality control information system can reduce the workload,improve work efficiency,more standardization of highway engineering test work,effectively guarantee the engineering quality,produce huge social and economic benefits,and can provide the reference for the development of the new situation of engineering quality inspection management information and intelligence.
