Study On The Influence Of The Arc Cutting Off Mechanism Of Arc Extinguishing Lightning Clearance On The Arc Building Under The Action Of Explosion Airflow

With the rapid development of today’s society,accompanied by the demand for electricity is also increasing,the safety operation of transmission lines is very important for the stable operation of power grid,so the high voltage transmission line for lightning protection is very important.According to the actual operation statistics of transmission lines in power grid,it is shown that lightning stroke is an important factor to cause flashover of transmission lines,especially in South china.In this paper,in order to greatly reduce the incidence of accidents caused by lightning tripping,aiming at some deficiencies of the traditional lightning protection concept,proposed and developed by using a blast to suppress arcing of the lightning proof gap depth.The explosion suppression mechanism of arc analyzed,established the blast shock wave model,will be equivalent to the explosion of air blast shock waves from the analysis,the characteristic parameters such as arc temperature,diameter,potential gradient of the development and changes of the arc analysis.Analysis of the energy change of the arc,the arc energy balance model was established,from the perspective of energy for arc cooling are analyzed,mainly include convection,radiation,heat conduction of three kinds of cooling methods,combining with the process of air blast arc in the transverse and longitudinal blow by blow two for strengthening the role of convection at the same time the arc channel is changed,to strengthen the convection arc,the arc of rapid cooling,the temperature reached the condition of arc extinguishing,the convection heat dissipation power is far greater than the production of thermal power,thus breaking the balance of energy,achieves the arcing inhibition effect.Secondly,according to the energy balance theory to establish the model of coupling arc arc flow,the whole process of air blast arc by using Fluent simulation software to simulate the temperature field and velocity field distribution diagram,visually shows the energy body is triggered after the airflow speed high and rapid expansion to the death arc space,arc arc energy balance makes a lasting impact quickly was completely destroyed,the temperature decreased rapidly to normal temperature,can effectively inhibit arcing.In addition,the test of stamping test and power arc suppression of explosion interrupter gap lightning protection,and the use of high-speed camera were captured and recorded in the experimental process,draw out the power frequency arc time is 3.8ms,the arc in arc stage will be extinguished,through theory and experiment with fully demonstrated the effectiveness of the research results.At the same time,through the actual operation of the network,the safe operation of the power transmission line has also achieved remarkable results.
