The test of shock wave is one of the most important methods for evaluating the damage efficiency of the weapon system. The signal processing method directly influences veracity and reliability of evaluation results. Deepen understanding about shock wave propagation process. It has positive significance to the national economic construction. Therefore, processing methods and propagation characteristics about explosive shock wave signal was analyzed.The shock wave test system was established by using electrical method, and finished the experiment. Aim at parasitic output, cable effects and other factors during measurement, a threshold filtering algorithm for shock wave signal is proposed, which separates different bands and signal noise from shock wave signal, judges the signal discontinuities. Proposes wavelet signal processing method and discuss frequency band distribution. Optimize specific impulse extraction algorithm, improve the accuracy and accuracy.Taking signals of shock wave as research objects, time-frequency analysis of signals was presented with HHT method. Through this method, IMF component, instantaneous energy and energy spectrum of signal were obtained. With these indexes, time-frequency-pressure relation and energy transmission law were revealed. Based on fluid mechanics, using the LS-DYNA and FLUENT simulation method to explore the propagation characteristics and the damage efficiency of small scale TNT explosions.Finally, based on data processing algorithm, design the blast wave signal processing software, which can analysis the data in visual. The paper is based on test experiment, processing algorithm as means, simulation analysis as bridge. The aim is for studying shock wave characteristics. Perfect Shock wave signal processing theory by the roots, strengthen understanding and research about explosive shock wave characteristics.
