Abstract/Summary:
The calibration matching is one of the key links in the development process of the automotive transmission system,And its effects plays an important role in the power train system.At present,the domestic vehicle and parts enterprises mostly use the real vehicle calibration,but it is easily affected by weather and other factors.The test period is long,poor adaptability,and cost lots of manpower,material and financial resources.What’s worse,it is difficult to perform repetitive testing.Based on this,the research group proposes the automated transmission object-in-the-loop test system.It is intended to achieving calibration matching of automatic transmission on the indoor bench.The system integrates test bench and hardware in the loop test together,and is capable of both local and vehicle level testing.And it has important research and engineering value in the development of automatic transmission test.This paper mainly studies one of the key issues of the system.The important work is building the vehicle model which can be applied to the automated transmission object-in-the-loop test system.And that has important research and engineering value for the matching of TCU verification and calibration and the performance test of the whole vehicle environment.Firstly,the theory and application of the automatic transmission laboratory test are analyzed and then the research direction of vehicle modeling and simulation is determined.Taking the electromechanical continuously variable transmission(EM-CVT)as the object and then determine the research objectives and content.Then,by analyzing the theory and application of hardware in the loop and object in the loop simulation,the overall framework of the automatic transmission in the loop test system is determined.And the framework provides direction and basis for the modeling and simulation of the vehicle.Thirdly,Research analysis is carried out on the vehicle modeling theory.Combined with the system framework and EM-CVT structure characteristics,Using Simulink Software to build vehicle model,and then the components and the whole simulation are analyzed.The ultimate goal is to verify the accuracy of the model through the simulation.Fourthly,by analyzing the pin definitions,Manage the hardware interface and the board resource and complete the configuration related signal and software connection,and then do the HIL test.Verify the effectiveness of the model in real-time,and the effectiveness of the control strategy.Fifthly,Build upper model of the object-in-the-loop mode.Combine the vehicle model with upper model to form the vehicle integrated model,and it lays the foundation for the real time operation of the object-in-the-loop mode.Finally,Build the system platform,and then set communication,man-machine interface and complete the docking of software and model.Combined with the current research and development progress,conduct system-level initial testing on the object in the loop mode.Verify the functionality,which lays the foundation for embedded vehicle environment.
