Research On The Risk Assessment Of Jiangxi Science And Technology University Teaching Staff Turnover House

The project plays an important role in social and economic development.In the process of implementation,all aspects of risks should be taken into consideration for their damage to cost,duration,function and efficiency.Due to this situation,more and more analysis and management methods have been widely applied in project field.College turnover house,as a special branch of the project,its features are as follows: property of school,staff paying,transitional housing.There is no study of college turnover house risk throughout the academic field.Therefore,on the issue of college turnover house risk evaluation in,for the first time seeking scientific risk evaluation index system and efficient and easy risk assessment model in this essay.Firstly,on the basis of document literature in related fields,and comparing college turnover house risk with general project risk,a project risk evaluation index system has been built in this essay.Based on this six-first-level-index evaluation system,project risks are divided into economic risk,political risk,natural risk,funds risk,built risk,security risk and totally 19 second-level-index.Secondly,using the method of fuzzy network analysis,constructs the risk assessment model for college turnover house.Fuzzy network analysis network analysis on dependence and feedback in the extension of the applicability and practicality in the field of engineering project risk evaluation.Basic operation procedure of risk assessment model for college turnover house in University:(1)build a risk comments set,(2)determine the set of project risk reviews and(3)determine fuzzy judgement matrix and(4)determine the weight(5)evaluation.Evaluation model of the core operations as: using the principle of triangular fuzzy number,complete the Super matrix calculations.Thirdly,a case study of Jiangxi University College Turnover House,evaluate the effectiveness of risk evaluation index system and the suitability and practicality of college turnover house engineering project risk evaluation model.Finally,to sum up the experience of this study,the analysis of existing shortcomings,and future research prospects.
