Research And Application Of Transformer Oil Dissolved Gas Monitoring System

Transformer is one of the most important transformer equipments in power system,its running state has a direct impact on the security and economy of the whole power system.If the transformer failure,will affect the production lightly,or endanger people's lives and property safety,affect the development of the economy weight.Therefore,grasp the operation status and fa ult conditions of the transformer accurately,take appropriate measures to deal with the problem timely,It has very important significance to improve the security,reliability and economy of power system operation.In this paper,the research and application effect of the dissolved gas on line monitoring system of transformer oil in Xingtai electric power company are analyzed in detail.Firstly,this paper deeply discusses the basic principle,process and mechanism of the formation of dissolved gases in transformer oil.The composition,content and gas production rate of the dissolved gases in oil and the corresponding relationship between the fault types and fault location of the transformer are studied.The principle of transformer fault diagnosis based on DGA technology is introduced in this paper,the conventional method of transformer fa ult diagnosis is introduced in detail.By introducing the principle of the three ratio method,a timely and effective method of fa ult diagnosis is obtained.At the same time,it summarizes the shortcomings of DGA technology in practical application and points out the improvement direction.Secondly,taking TROM-600 HW transformer oil Shanghai Sieyuan electric Limited by Share Ltd production spectrum on-line monitoring device as an example,the paper briefly introduces the structure of transformer oil online monitoring system,working principle and installation debugging process.At last,the application effect of transformer chromatogram on line monitoring system of Xingtai power company is deeply research and summarized.The application effect of the system in equipment condition based maintenance mode is studied,and the problems in the application are analyzed,and the possible solutions are given.In addition,in the transformer oil dissolved gas on line monitoring system is affirmed at the same time,put forward the prospect.
