Facing the increasing concern of energy saving and emission reduction gas turbine combined cycle unit has been unprecedented attention and development,since the beginning of 2003 government decided to start the construction of large quantities of F scale gas turbine combined cycle power plant,including MITSUBISHI F scale combined cycle unit up to 60 units in China.“two-on-one” combined cycle units with the feature of system complex and mass of auxillary equipment,also have to participate the power grid regulation by start up and shut down operation.Futhermore,as the rasing competition in power market,power industry companies to reduce the human cost which allocate two or three stuff in one shift.APS program can efficiently save time of unit start-up and shut down,reduce the ration of human mistake operation,base on th at,APS program may apply plenty of contribution for the unit economic and unit security.GUOHUA “two-on-one” combined cycle APS project as the research object,In this thesis through the study of APS in the process of implementation of the project start-up phase,design phase,configuration and debugging,the late stage of improvement,put forward the main work,technical difficulties of APS implementation and evaluation standards;through the application of research the APS project,put forward the main problems and difficulties in the application of APS technology.Base above research,optimize the design plan of GUOHUA APS project,as the main user to record all the application situation by more than 200 times,summarize all the experiment data for later analysis,and force on the key technology problem for the optimization and improvment.From the data analysis,the design scope of the APS program from the chemical water system to the whole process of unit start stop,this APS project is widely used.and firstly solved following problems: chemical intelligent water system,boiler automatic water supply,three full pressure waste heat boiler water level automatic control,automatic control,High pressure and medium pressure steam automatic converging and withdrawing,shorten the startup and shutdown of units of time,which lead to improve work efficiency.
