The integration of high penetration of DG deteriorates the power quality and economics of the power grid.To some extent,it may worsen the voltage quality and economy of power grid.Therefore,a series of active control actions have been taken to avoid worsening and improve the performance of grid.Such control actions will certainly deepen power system's dependency on communication,information and electronic technology,which reflects in the fact that the allocation and performance of information system seriously influence the operation and performance of physical system.Therefore,the researches on power system and information system are indivisible.The goal of cyber physical system is deeply integrating physical system with information system.The study on the fused system is becoming important.However,the integration of high penetration of DG deteriorates the power quality and economics of the power grid.This paper analyzed the coupling property of CPDS in planning.The planning model of CPDS was implemented with voltage control and random failure in information systems considered.The main works are as follows:Firstly,the main concept of CPDS was presented.CPDS's typical structure of multi-layers and characteristics were presented.The deep integration in the planning of CPDS was analyzed.Secondly,the CPDS planning framework was proposed.Based on the coupling of CPDS,the planning framework,planning process and mathematical model of CPDS considering random failure in information systems were proposed.Furthermore,the CPDS planning considering voltage control was presented.The model of CPDS planning considering voltage control was built,taking minimal cost of distribution company and maximal penetration of renewable energy as objectives.The planning was solved by the combined processes of optimal schemes formation and schemes probabilistic verification.Finally,simulations were conducted in the modified IEEE 33 nodes distribution system.The results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.The influences of control parameters and Photovoltaic penetration on the allocation schemes and stochastic failure in information systems on voltage qualified probability index were included in the simulations.Suggestions were given to the planning and improvements of CPDS.
