Cyber Physical System(CPS)for distribution networks is the highly integration of automatics,ICT(Information and Computing Technology)and power grid.The heterogeneous network elements in CPS are the most significant difference with the traditional planning,which have different applying scene,business and communication needs.However,the current planning methods are based on the establishment of homogeneous nodes,regardless of node differences for the planning of the impact.In view of this problem,this paper researches of the planning of cyber physical system for distribution networks.Firstly,this paper analyzes the application scenario of distribution physical information system and discusses the heterogeneity of system network elements.Then based on the theory of field data,this paper establishes the generalized node quality model,quantifies difference between the nodes,defines the potential function in CPS,and then builds the topological potential equilibrium planning model mathematically in CPS for distribution network which evaluates the network reliability.An improved binary particle swarm optimization algorithm with self-adapted weights is proposed to solve the problem.Lastly,using IEEE 39 Bus,LVNTS standard test network and an actual power system as the examples,the result shows that the model and algorithm can effectively solve the CPS planning problem.The proposed planning method could accurately identify the key nodes in CPS,establish high reliable network topology and improve the efficiency.
