Study On Water-borne Metal Ink And Its Coating Properties On Paper Surface

Smoke liner paper as a kind of packaging material in the cigarette industry,mainly divided into aluminum foil liner and vacuum aluminum paper;its main function is to keep fragrant,lubricated,shading and other isolated role,but also perfect show the beauty of the material.In view of the defects of the composite material,classified as:(1)In the process of paper-based metal merge,the compound aluminum foil liner leaves harmful solvents,such as:adhesives,colorants and additives;in the solvent process,the drying system will bring high energy consumption.(2)In the production,vacuum aluminum paper with high energy consumption,poor economy and other shortcomings,too thin aluminum paper has rapidly increased the rate of scrap,also require transport and storage with strict requirements.Therefore,this paper puts forward the research ideas based on water-based metallic inks and the surface modification of paper.The contents of the research are summarized as follows:First of all,do some market research on the current situation of cigarette interior packaging materials,the development status of paper-based metal composites and water-based inks is expounded in combination with the existing production technology of cigarette lining paper.The existing problems and development trends are clarified,The necessity and feasibility of studying the surface modification of water-based metallic ink and its paper are pointed out.Secondly,based on the theoretical analysis of the components of the water-based metallic ink,the raw materials of the components of the water-based metal ink were selected by the analysis and comparison of the raw materials used in the ink formulations.,Then refer to the metal ink formulation patent to determine the amount of each component,put forward the water-based metal ink formulations,and a water-based metallic ink sample was prepared according to the formulation I had proposed.The recipe selected raw materials are in line with the requirements of green.In this paper,the prepared water-based metal ink samples were used as test materials to obtain water-based metal in paper-coated samples by adjusting the printing pressure,printing speed and changing the parameters of the test roll,and the sample’s heavy metals,color,water content and other performance indicators were tested and the results to be analysised.Through the test of the performance of the test sample shows that the use of water-based metal ink formulations and rolling composite aluminum foil in the color,thickness,weight and other indicators is still havd a certain gap,but the product in the heavy metals and volatile compounds and other indicators on the food packaging materials are fulfil the requirements...
