Electric power is the country's economic lifeline,all walks of life and even everyone has a great demand for electricity.As more and more non-linear electrical equipment access to the grid,power quality problems become more and more prominent.At present,the country is vigorously building smart grid,only to solve the power quality problems,the power grid can be protected in order to protect.At the same time,the problem of power quality also affects our daily life and production,so it is of great practical significance to study the power quality detection device.This paper mainly studies the basic situation of the development of smart grid in China,analyzes the causes of power quality problems,and puts forward a cost-effective power quality terminal design scheme based on the current situation and development trend of power quality detection technology both at home and abroad.The design uses DSP as the system master chip,the power line signal through the front-end circuit pre-processing,and then use the multi-channel AD converter on the three-phase voltage and current sampling at the same time,and then the sampling data through DSP processing,the use of fast Fourier transform algorithm FFT),get the power quality indicators of the calculation results.The hardware part of the main design of the transformer circuit,filter circuit,bias circuit,frequency synchronization circuit,analog-digital conversion circuit,power supply circuit,and DSP minimum system.In order to facilitate the data read also designed the keyboard and display,the terminal can detect the results can be real-time display through the LED.Finally,a 4G communication interface circuit is designed for the expansion of remote communication functions.Software design part,based on the CCS development environment,developed the DSP program,and gives the development of various functional modules flow chart.Finally,the standard digital power is used to simulate the power grid signal,and the detection performance of the terminal is tested.The test result is expected and the correctness of the terminal design is proved.
