| Endoscopy is a medical instrument commonly used in medical diagnosis and treatment.It CAN enter the human body,to help doctors having a through understanding of the patient’s illness in order to make Make accurate judgments.The cleaning and disinfection of endoscope is very important to avoid the cross infection between patients.The endoscopic cleaning and disinfection system can effectively improve the efficiency,and can better protect the quality of endoscopic cleaning disinfection.In this paper,through the status of cleaning and disinfection of endoscope,this article based on the endoscopic cleaning and disinfection process design to achieve a endoscopic cleaning and disinfection system.The system will be divided into two parts.One is the cleaning system another is the data-processing systems.The main research of this article is as follows:(i)Have studied the present situation of the endoscope cleaning and disinfection system,and the main realization method of the cleaning and disinfection system in domestic and abroad.(ii)Have studied programming applications and GPIO controls for RaspberryPi,and proposed an intelligent endoscopic sanitizing system based on RaspberryPi.(iii)Have studied the communication methods of the CAN bus,and by using the application of the CAN bus,we have implemented the communication of the various cleaning nodes in the system of cleaning and disinfection.(iv)Have learned and applied the RS232 serial communication protocol to complete the local communication of the cleaning node of the endoscope cleaning and disinfection system.(v)Have done a lot of debugging and testing for the hardware and software implementation of the system.Through repeated debugging and testing,the problems in the system are discovered and fixed,and the system can be safely and reliably run. |
