Taizhou Power Distribution Network Planning And Benefit Evaluation Method Research

Distribution network planning is one of the important work to ensure reliable operation of power system.Distribution network planning comprehensive benefit evaluation to guide the planning decision-making,is an important basis for selection of distribution network planning.Therefore,transformation planning and scientific and reasonable evaluation of the distribution network is an important topic in the research of power system.In this paper,the economic and social development of Taizhou city and the regional power situation and other conditions were introduced,and summed up the current problems in Taizhou distribution network;Secondly,the load characteristics and the load growth trend of Taizhou city were analyzed,and the load and power consumption were forecasted.According to the principle of the planning technique of each voltage level of distribution network,the distribution network of Taizhou city is planned on the basis of the current situation of Taizhou city.Finally,according to the characteristics of distribution network,considering the influence factors of the economic benefit index,the evaluation index system of power distribution network planning benefit evaluation is constructed,and the weight of the benefit index is calculated by the entropy weight method.Through the benefit evaluation of Taizhou city distribution network planning program,the results show that the evaluation model can accurately evaluate the distribution network planning in Taizhou city.
