| The construction of "Smart City" puts forward higher requirements for building energymanagement, Intelligent Building energy management should meet the demand of "SmartCity" energy management, integrate isolated energy information, implement energyconsumption sub-metering, to lay a foundation for building energy consumption diagnose andenergy-saving assess, and achieve the access of Intelligent Building energy managementsystem to city-level energy management platform with Internet of Things(IOT) technologies,to meet the construction demand of "Smart City".Currently, there’s little research on applying Intelligent Building technologies to energyconsumption sub-metering, bringing renewable energy applications into energy management,and combining Intelligent Building energy management system with IOT. So the paperfocuses on the design of energy consumption sub-metering combining with BuildingManagement System （BMS）, bringing renewable energy applications into energymanagement; and Intelligent Building energy management system getting access to the IOTenergy management platform, developing energy management functions on city leval.Thestudy contributes to realization of energy refined management and macro-management.The main content of this paper:First, Smart City, the application requirements of macro energy management and energyaudit lead to the application of IOT to Intelligent Building energy management system, thenbased on the research of IOT network architecture and technology system, it researches onthe application of IOT to Intelligent Building energy management system, and analyzes therequirements of building the IOT energy management platform.Second, it puts forward three kind solutions of application of IOT technologies toIntelligent Building energy management system, in order to meet the demand which is thedevelopment of application service of the energy management system of IOT. It studies howthe energy metering data in Intelligent Building energy management system access to IOTenergy management platform.Finally, based on SynchroEMS energy management platform, targeting to the actualproject， the method how the Intelligent Building energy management system access to IOT platform is researched, and the energy management application service can be developed. |
