Building distributed photovoltaic power(PV)generation system in the user side to construct the PV-based microgrid(PV-MG)is an effective way to promote the photovoltaic consumption in site.Time-of-use(TOU)price is one basic method of demand side management.When PV-MG is constructed in the user side,equivalent load curve changes due to the PV output.The traditional experience of time division is unable to meet the actual requirement.Besides,in order to solve the influence of uncertain PV on the stable operation of PV-MG,demand response(DR)and battery storage system(BSS)are introduced simultaneously into the optimal operation of PV-MG.Thus,it is of great significance for commercial investment decisions of PV-MG in user side to consider the influence of DR on BSS optimal configuration in electricity market environment.The main contribution of this paper can be summarized as follows:Firstly,the research framework of optimal method for BSS configuration in PV-MG considering demand response is proposed,and the PV system and the battery energy storage system in the PV-MG are modeled.The life cycle investment and income analysis of PV-MG is put forward,so as the theoretical basis and configuration principle of PV and BSS.Secondly,the fuzzy clustering method based on fuzzy equivalence matrix is used to divide the peak-valley period.Feature index matrix is constructed according to the degree of peak and valley membership in different time periods.Fuzzy similarity matrix is established through distance method.The transitive closure is obtained by self-square synthesis method to divide time period.On the basis of the balance of power supply and elastic demand,the electricity price elasticity matrix can describe the user multi-time DR more accurately.Thirdly,this paper analysis the economic operation strategy of PV-MG.Considering the constraints of PV-MG reliability,BSS performance and user cost limits,the BSS optimal configuration model is solved by an improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm ?(NSGA-?)with the target of maximum PV consumptive rate and annual net profits,and this paper takes analysis of the BSS configuration results and subsidies sensitivity.The optimal configuration method is applied to one PV-MG demonstration project in Guangdong province.The results show that the peak-valley time division based on the equivalent load curve can better reflect the load characteristics in PV-MG.And the BSS configuration model can provide abundant information on the decision making between the economics of BSS optimal configuration and the promotion of PV consumption.
