With the continuous progress of society,energy and environmental issues are becoming more and more prominent;the contradiction between the supply side and the demand side of energy is gradually sharpening;the current marketization of electricity in China is gradually progressing,and the demand for electricity from the electricity demand side is gradually increasing.The demanding amount largely guides the supply amount on the supply side.The short-term peak load of electricity consumption by users will have extremely adverse effects on the power generation side and the grid side.If additional power transmission and transmission hardware facilities are installed to cope with the peak load,it will undoubtedly greatly increase investment and operating costs.Therefore,the management method of the power demand side is a new idea is provided to resolve this contradiction.Based on this,the main work of the paper is summarized as follows:(1)The thesis first analyzes the current research status of economic measures in power demand side management,and proposes a strategy to improve peak-to-valley electricity prices based on the research status.That is,the principal component analysis method is used to reduce the dimensionality of the high-dimensional load data of users in a certain area,and then the hierarchical clustering algorithm is used to cluster the data after dimensionality reduction to obtain different user types;use fuzzy for each type of user The C-value clustering algorithm divides the peak and valley periods of its load curve,introduces fuzzy membership of fuzzy mathematics to measure the degree to which each hour’s load belongs to a certain period of time,according to the quantitative index and combined with consumer psychology and price elasticity theory,The peak-valley time-sharing electricity price is improved to a fuzzy time-sharing electricity price model,that is,the user’s hourly electricity price will fluctuate according to the peak-valley trend of the load curve.(2)According to the classification results of users,a fuzzy uncertain response model considering the uncertainty of demand response under different time-sharing electricity prices of different types of users in the region is established based on fuzzy uncertainty theory.On the basis of summarizing the research status at home and abroad,this paper studies the optimization effect of fuzzy time-sharing electricity price as a lever on the economic indicators on all sides of the source grid.In order to better optimize the economic indicators on all sides,the article introduces a two-layer optimization theory to establish a credible fuzzy opportunity-constrained two-layer optimization model: the upper model uses fuzzy time-of-use electricity price as a lever to optimize the load curve,user satisfaction and use Electricity cost satisfaction,the lower model determines the optimal unit output under theupper load demand,optimizes the operating cost of the source network side,and then uses genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm to solve the upper and lower models respectively,and finally verifies the paper in the example The validity of the proposed model. |
