| This paper chooses the Qiandaohu town of Chun'an County as a pilot project of new tourism-oriented town distribution network construction planning to research and analyze,which has the typicality and certain practical significance around the whole country.With the rapid increase of Qiandao Lake's profile,the speed of implementation of all kinds of projects has been improved,the electricity demand of central city is huge,the power grid structure has been difficult to meet the requirements of the electricity development.Considering the development and future of Qiandaohu town,which is this country's typical tourism-oriented town,it is urgent to optimize the grid structure,improve the regional power supply capacity,especially study the corresponding new grid construction planning.In order to meet the overall planning requirements of Qiandaohu Town,strengthen the management requirements of distribution network,we take electricity demand as the guide,take reliability as the goal,take benefit as the center,improve the quality of distribution network development and make regulatory detailed planning analysis of Qiandaohu town to understand land development and utilization programs and construction sequence of planning area.The load density method is used to forecast the saturated annual load of the planning area.Based on the saturation load distribution and the existing power grid,the target grid is made according to Zhejiang Power Grid Planning Guideline.By planning and reserving switch station,ring network cabinet site and cable channel of planning area,we can further improve the operability of power grid construction.The planning scheme mainly combines the current situation with reasonable shunting heavy load line load,improving the pressure transmission capacity of the pressure line;reasonable dividing the grid and gradually solving the ring,standardizing,simplifying the wiring of complex contact lines to achieve standard wiring.Besides,we also need to eliminate the crossing medium voltage lines and plan to ensure the power supply of related users of Hangzhou Asian Games tournament and other issues in advance.In the process of adjustment and formulation,on the basis of existing Qiandaohu town and its surrounding distribution network backbone grid,through scientific forecasting,planning in advance,we can the build the target grid of Qiandao Lake Town's overall planning of social and economic development,fully and clearly consider the 2022 Year(Hangzhou Asian Games Year)and the vision of Qiandaohu town distribution network target grid and provide practical implementation and reserve projects for Qiandaohu town distribution network construction and transformation,which also provide practical and forward-looking guidance.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the distributed power supply and distribution automation,and takes the comprehensive development of the tourism-oriented new urban distribution network planning into consideration. |
