| Ship system is a complex network communication system with high coupling degree and interrelationship among equipments.When it occuring network errors,it’s not enough to only rely on crews’ experience and professionalism to remove the error.It may cause inestimable loss especially in ocean-going navigation.Therefore,once the ship network fault occurs,it is very important to use the correct method to quickly find the cause of the malfunction and make related maintenance.Ship control network as the ship platform management network system the entire network to the field bus as the hub,by the basic network structure and a single d ecentralized real equipment,is the ship control system for all equipment under the data transmission,messaging unified system network.This paper presents a multi-type bus-based ship control network fault detection system.The purpose of this topic is to analyze the running status of ship control network from the aspects of communication flow monitoring and control network fault detection in network control network to ensure the safe operation of ship control network.The bus fusion technology based on subdomain partition is adopted to fuse different bus data to form a unified data access interface to realize the transparency of underlying data.In this paper,by analyzing the coexistence of a variety of bus control network of ships and found the existence of the bus network interface is not uniform,inconsistent data structure,information standardization of the lower level.At the same time,this paper applies the network communication technology to the system realization,and completes the functions of data collection,network traffic monitoring,communication protocol formulation and protocol analysis to extract the status information of the control network.Based on the basic theory of DBN fault detection and the principle and process of fault detection,this paper analyzes and summarizes the ability of DBN fault feature extraction,and adopts Matlab software to realize the algorithm.The fault feature extraction method and the fault feature extraction method based on DBN are used to verify the fault feature extraction capability,which fully proves the validity of the DBN fault feature method.The system uses the MATLAB and.NET mixed technology,the algorithm used in the control network equipment fault detection,the full realization of the ship control network fault detection work to ensure that the control network is stable,to ensure the safety of the ship sailing. |
