| In recent years,with the rapid increase of the national economy,the demand for electricity is constantly increasing,the requirement to achieve a comprehensive digital thermal power plant control system is also increasingly higher,the current site of the power plant control equipment yet the vast majority of digital,traditional DCS(Distributed Control System)control system because of its unidirectional characteristics,can not meet the requirements of digital power plants,and promote the use of the field bus technology can solve this problem.Firstly,this thesis discussed the advantages and structure of fieldbus,and the current application status at home and abroad,through comparative analysis of several common fieldbus standard technical features,and communication applications,etc.;Secondly,analysis the role of the traditional power plant control system and digital plant control system requirements,and its field device configuration layer using fieldbus systems,design principles,and precautions analyzed one by one.It gives the design in unit control of Jiangsu Shazhou Power Plant Phase II 2 × 1000 MW Expansion Project Unit,and selects PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus,FF(Foundation Fieldbus)and HART(Highway Addressable Remote Transducer),the design of its auxiliary power unit and two aspects of the production control system fieldbus program and project cost,with the DCS invested comparative analysis results show that the field bus technology after comprehensive statistics equipment procurement,installation and commissioning costs,the eco nomic benefits of investment is obvious,and the application of fieldbus technology will bring the whole plant digital control and full life-cycle design,installation,commissioning,operation and maintenance cost savings,etc.favorable factors;and fina lly,to expand around the plant information system to realize the whole process of digital information power plant,networking,integration,providing accurate and effective information services in a timely manner. |
